Windows 10: Windows 11 update got stuck

while update this2023-01 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 KB5022404 update gets download and install , after few sec it show "retry"and show error message too , This was error message that i got Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: 0x80073712. and theni tried too install manually on Ms update catalog it failed to install that update.i try to troubleshoot windows update too nothing works

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

I would suggest you read these, then decide how to proceed. Note 11% is a figure that has been observed.
Also consider with which parameters you are running chkdsk, and the comments about patience and time.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
