Windows 10: Windows 11 Update has completly frozen my computer

A few days ago I updated my new HP less than 2 mo. old to windows 11 and it was working fine. Today I got a notification that windows 11 needed to restart and indicated that would take about 5 minutes.More than 5 minutes passes and I finally get a message saying I can't be logged into my account. So I sign out and attempt to log back on. I put in my PIN and i get the spinning wheels saying it's preparing my update. When I finally get to the desktop, 1 it is not my desktop - in fact none of my programs/icons/etc. are anywhere to be found; and 2 my taskbar is completely blank. I can't open

Windows 10 update (version 1511, 10586) Frozen at 11%

Ive been trying to update ....Windows 10 update (version 1511, 10586) it is frozen at 11% and has been that way for a day.

I have read other posts and done both options but I still cannot cancel or do anything with my computer..Help!!
