Windows 10: Windows 11 update has made my extremely slow

Windows 11 update has made my computer unproductive. It hangs every time I open Explorer and sometimes with office apps. I can't work like this, I have literally lost hours of time because of this and it is negatively impacting my job.microsoft windows 11 home, 10.0.22621 build 22621

Extremely slow pc suddenly windows 8.1

Windows 8.1 suddenly my pc is extremely slow any suggestions please

 

Updated to Windows 11 and now computer is extremely slow

I have just upgraded to Windows 11 Version H21H2 and now my system has become extremely slow. When I try to open a site, it takes quite a while for it to open. When I try to download a file, it's a long delay. I did not have this problem before the update. Do I need to roll back to the previous version?

 

Jumplist sometimes extremely slow

I bought a new laptop with Windows 10 recently.

Only after a few days, the jump lists started to get extremely slow.

But they behave that way just for a while, then they work as they should again.

When slow, it takes several minutes for the jump list to appear. It is extremely annoying. Especially e.g. when I have opened a remote desktop and want to open another one via the jumplist.

I had exactly the same problem with my old Windows 7 PC and assumed that I would get rid of that problem,
changing both PC and OS, but no.

I do not want the standard answers to this problem:

- Disable Aero

- Clear the (Explorer) Cache for Jump lists

- etc.

It is definitely something else. I mean, how would the jump list cache get full after only a week? And why does the jump list get slow only sometimes and then suddenly works just fine again?

So please, give me an answer that takes this into consideration.
