Windows 10: windows 11 update install error 0x80073701

ok, so i was trying to update my computer to the 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems KB5019961, but it hasn't been working at all no matter what i try. i've tried dism and sfc in the command prompt, no effect. i've also tried a clean boot, which still didn't work. also, it sometimes fully downloads and installs and asks me to restart like normal, but after i restart it my computer acts like i never updated it and asks me to update it again.

Running Window 11 Professional.

I've tried several times, but the latest Windows 11 update
(KB5014668) keeps failing with error 0x80073701.

A web site suggested I try clean booting. I tried it. It didn't help.

So I'm writing to ask if anyone has any suggestions to fix that
inability to update error 0x80073701 .

When you do what?

Repair install or Windows Update?

Windows 11 Install error - 0x80073701

I'm trying to install the 2022-07 update for Windows 11. Every time I try it gets to 35% the I get the following error message & it tells me to retry.

2022-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems



(KB5015814). Install error - 0x80073701

I'm not a computer expert so any help would be appreciated.
