Windows 10: Windows 11 update issue RE freezing and not resetting.

So I JUST bought it. Can't do anything to return it bc I already went through this once. Tried to stop the windows 11 update didn't work and now my entire computer is frozen after like opening stuff freezes when I try to troubleshoot or reset or delete the last update. My two questions are how do I get it to unfreeze to reset if need be and secondly how do it stop it from updating it to windows 11 once we can get it reset IF we can?

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.

If your wireless router has a built in firewall maybe it's somehow set to block the ports that Windows updates use?

I'd also suggest if it works with it being directly connected then you could try resetting your router to see if this fixes the issue.

Windows update issues

It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.
