    Windows 11 Update Issue


    On January 27 I did a Windows 11 update. Since then my printer has had an issue. The ink cartridge tray starts moving on its own and continues for a number of minutes. Eventually a sheet prints out with an error message on it. GET / eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1 Host: localhostI have an Epson printer and eventually contacted Epson. When I mentioned the issue and the error code they said it was a printer defect and as my printer was still under warranty they replaced it. This week I had IT install the printer and after 2.5 hours still could not solve the issue with the ink tray moving. Cannot be

    Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.

    It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.

    If your wireless router has a built in firewall maybe it's somehow set to block the ports that Windows updates use?

    I'd also suggest if it works with it being directly connected then you could try resetting your router to see if this fixes the issue.

    That's my 2 cents anyways. *Smile Windows 11 Update Issue :)
