Windows 10: Windows 11 update on my laptop causing boot issues

Recently, I have started witnessing booting issues on my HP laptop. I have been keeping my windows version up to date. But still I am frequently seeing startup issues. Every time, I switch on my pc, it is starting in F11 recovery mode and giving few options on blue screen. Tried to do startup repairs, uninstall recent updates and all. But it is still causing the issue. Tried restoring to a recent point to recover laptop. Even after doing it multiple times, it is still going into the F11 recovery option every time I start my laptop fresh. Requesting some suggestions on this issue. Anyone faced

repairing windows will just fix any damaged files, id suggest taking off your over clocking settings the try booting in, maybe when you updated you also updated some censoring device which is now causing you a problem with your over clock settings.

Thank you for your response: apologies for slow feedback.

Regarding step 1 - doing a restore point : I tried this twice and twice it failed. Now, the date of the update that caused the issue (13/14 September 2019) has disappeared from the history list. Is there a way of finding it, still?

Regarding Step 2- the list of updates installed: the two suggestions above do not seem to appear in the list in the window "Installed Updates".

There are two updates listed for 13 September - Security Update for Adobe Flash Player and Security Update for Microsoft Windows.

Could you advise what I might try next?

Windows 11 update issue

I ran PC Health Checkup to see if my laptop meets the requirements for Win 11 update. It says my processor is not supported for Win 11. But looking at this page that PC Health Checkup suggests Windows 11 System Requirements my processor is in the list of approved processors https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/wi...ed/windows-10-21h1-supported-intel-processors. It is Intel Core i7-7500U and CPU is 2.70 GHz and dual-core which is supposed to meet the requirement according to the page. My windows edition is Windows 10 Home version 21H1 and my processor is listed as approved for this version.

Other requirement issues are - (i) PC must support secure boot, and (ii) TPM 2.0 must be supported and enabled on this PC. These two issues can be fixed.

Please help with the processor issue. I don't understand why it says it does not qualify when it is listed as an approved version.
