Windows 10: windows 11 update problem

Since the windows 11 update nothing from non-apple laptop prints correctly; it enlarges a letter size page to print only a fourth of the page; it does not print in color. I know it is the update because everything from my Apple products print correctly. I've tried the on line chat here to try to fix this. The first time after the "how are you" dribble I was transferred, supposedly, to the windows technical team; but they never responded. Today I tried again and three times "Bella" supposedly came on line, asked me three times how she could help and I sent my question three times. Obviou

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
