    Windows 11 Update Problems


    I went to update my PC to windows 11, but its saying that my PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements. I downloaded PC health check and saw that it said my TSM 2.0 wasn't enabled, so I followed all of the steps to enable it. When I got back on my PC I went to finally update windows 11 but the same message is written. So I went to do another PC health check but it says that my TSM 2.0 is working and everything meets the requirements, so I don't know what is happening.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Hi Sandra,

    To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

    link    , then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

    We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

    • Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
    • Choose Internet options > Advanced.
    • Click Reset.

    (Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )
