Windows 10: Windows 11 update restarted and changed the login screen to require a work account

My Surface Pro rebooted with the most recent Windows update. When it came up, the login screen changed and it now requires a work account to log in. Although this used to be my work computer, I left years ago and that company is out of business, so there is no work account to log into. When I enter the pin on my Surface, it tells me I cannot log into that account and to try another, but it does not recognize any of my personal accounts. I am running bitlocker and do not have the 48 digit recovery key unfortunately. How do I get Windows to revert to the prior login screen that accepted my pe
