Windows 10: Windows 11 update stuck at 0% 2025-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for...

I tried restarting windows update service and many other solutions; I even downloaded this update manually, and when I tried to install it, it shows that this update is already installed; when I retry, it stucks at 0%; how to ignore this update or fix the problem

I have been unable to print since installing Windows 11, version 24H2. The print requests remain stuck in the print queue and are listed as “pending”.

Why would an in-place Upgrade solve this problem? I did all the steps listed here but not the in-place update. The error I see in the Windows update window is "Download error - 0x8024401c" for 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706). Its been logging this error since 3/17/2023

Note that on 2/15 everything seemed fine:

2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022845)

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022497)

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

 

Windows 11 update is stuck at 0% how to fix?

Every other update apart from this one downloads and installs - (2024-06 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039302). However this one is stuck on 0% for downloading how to fix?
