Windows 10: Windows 11 update stuck at 0%, Windows store also stuck at 0% for any downloads/updates

As the title says, nothing will update. Network access is fine as Steam and the browser work perfectly normal as well as the games that can be played on them.I tried running the update diagnostic tool, and it did nothing. I tried the process I saw suggested elsewhere where you stop bits, wuawsrv, appidsrv, ect ect. then rename some file, then start the services back up, and it did nothing.Update history lists windows 11 version 23H2 being installed successfully a couple days ago ... twice.And the current version windows claims it is, is 23H2 OS Build 22631.3880might be related, but I cant s

Downloading updates stuck at 0%


Hello everyone, Windows Update has been stuck at 0% every time I've tried in the last couple of days (see screenshot). These are the two updates available:

• Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3103688).

• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213).

Windows Updates stuck at 0%

Hi all, I started having this issue recently. I ran windows update and all downloads were stuck at 0%. Hence I downloaded the 1903 update manually from the Microsoft website.

After the update was installed, I tried running windows update again. However, all updates are stuck at 0% and refuse to download.

I have tried so many “solutions” from online - restarting the services, deleting softwaredistribution, disabling firewall, etc. , but nothing seems to help. Every time I check for updates, the list of updates comes out and everything is stuck at 0%.

I’m at my wits end now, my internet works just fine and everything else seems to be working fine as well, except for this annoying issue. I do notice that when I start the update, the download folder in softwaredistribution populated with folders and files inside, but it does not grow beyond a few hundred kb.

Please help me!
