Windows 10: windows 11 update stuck at 100%

I am just getting started on my new Asus Zenbook 14. I allowed it to update Windows 11 which came installed on the laptop. Within afew minutes it reached 100%. But has been stuck for about an hour with the little 'dot wheel' rotating and the message: Updates are underway. 100% complete. Please keep your computer on. What do I do?

Windows 11 update 22H2 stuck on downloading 99%/100%

Hey there, Today morning I received update notification about Windows 11 22H2 update as Insider Preview,

I clicked on download and install, it started downloading update, it got stuck on 99%,
Still 1 hour after it was showing 99% and consuming data (I guess still downloading).
I tried clicking 'pause for 1 week' and again clicking on 'resume' it got stuck 100%.
then I tried to Clean the downloaded update by using Disk Cleanup utility,

Again after starting update from 0, It is now 2nd time still stuck on 99% (I confirmed no network connection Disruptions this time)
can you guys suggest any solutions for this?

 

Windows 11 upgrade stuck at 100%

I've been trying to upgrade to Windows 11 and the upgrade process is continuously stuck at 100%. I have even cleaned the entire SoftwareDistribution folder and the upgrade is still stuck on 100% and the issue persists. Absolutely NOTHING I try will work to fix the issue. The download process is still stuck on 100% and I have practically cleared ALL of the files and subfolders from the SoftwareDistribution folder and it is still stuck on 100% and will not restart or continue. I don't know what to do anymore and I think Windows Update has broke. Is there ANY other way I can fix this or upgrade to Windows 11? It is obvious that Windows Update is not going to upgrade my computer to Windows 11.

And yes, my PC meets the minimum system requirements.

EDIT: After restarting the PC, the update paused, and restarted, and it finally past the download phase. I will keep you updated as this upgrade progresses.

Windows 11 22H2 update stuck at 100%

I am trying to update my windows and download Windows 11 22H2 from windows settings app, everything was fine until it reached 100%. It is constantly consuming my data but stuck at 100% download. I even tried to delete downloaded files from Windows > SoftwareDistribution (one of the methods I found in articles and youtube videos) and tried to download update again and same problem came. From more than 7 hours, it is stuck at 100 and constantly consuming my data. What should I do now?
