Windows 10: Windows 11 update to 22H2 created "Other User" account which I can't delete

I had just the one user on my Windows 11 laptop, and just updated to 22H2. When it restarted, I saw this...I have no idea where this "Other user" came from, as it wasn't there before the update. If I click the OK button, I get this...If I type my user name and password in here, it tells me it's incorrect. I have to click on the icon at the bottom left for my user and sign in from that.I looked in Computer Management, but the supposed user isn't there, nor is there a folder for it in C:\Users. It only seems to appear on the log-in screen.Any idea why this has happened, and how I get rid of this

Unknown User Account created after upgrading to windows 10. It comes back if I delete it.

Hello,

Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I am seeing an account that I did NOT create. So I deleted it by going into Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > User Accounts > Manage Accounts then I click on the unknown user account and delete it. That said.... It
comes back. I have also followed the below suggestions from other posts and still does not seem to work.

Let’s try simple steps and check if the user account is detecting and try removing it.

  Press Windows key + R, type netplwiz and press Enter.
  
• 
  Check if the user account is appearing on the list.
  
  
• Click on user account and click on Remove. (If user account appear on the list).

Deleting User Accounts

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.
