    OK, let's try this again. I am running Windows 11 Pro and I am trying to update to version 23H2. I am currently running version 21H2 and I am having the same error when I tried to upgrade to 22H2. It gets to about 40% installed and then fails with the error number 0x800700a1. Then and now I have searched the internet for a solution, but, none have worked. I have tried the Update Troubleshooter that claims it corrected errors, but, it did not resolve the installation error. I tried the SCF/DISM thingie, but, it did not change anything. I have tried the resetting the Update database cache
