Windows 10: Windows 11 Update Troubleshooter Always Shows BITS Error Already Started on New PC When Run

No Matter What I do on Windows 11, Windows Update Troubleshooter says to "Check for Updates" with an Exclamation Mark Error detected. I restarted the system, cleaned disk cache and Temp files, deleted system files in disk cleanup. System File Checker repaired some files, Restarted the PC again, nothing changed. Windows 11 Update Troubleshooter may be buggy with this message. I reset Windows Update Components. Clicking on Details of the error, Windows Update Troubleshooter is saying that there is a problem with BITS service, that it has already been started.System File Checker fixed some errors

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Error during iTunes installation in Windows 10 64 bits version

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

As you said that " it worked fine with 32-bit version", and there is a problem in installing in 64-bit version. But iTunes application is compatible with both the versions. There may be an issue with the PC which/iTunes application which is not supporting
the particular PC.

The error code which you have provided is related to Windows update.

I suggest you to run the Windows update troubleshooter and check if it helps.

You can follow the steps:

  Type Troubleshooting in the search box present in the Taskbar.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select View all on the top left corner.
  
• 
  Run Windows update Troubleshooter.
