Windows 10: Windows 11 Updates are still stuck at 0 after numerous resets and in-place upgrades.

I am running a Rog Strix G15, and I also upgraded from Windows 10. I don't know when this problem began, I don't know how to fix it. I've tried resetting my computer TWICE. And it worked fine until a few days later, when the updates were stuck at 0 once more. I've also tried doing in-place upgrades and it also failed. Any help?

Hello everyone, Windows Update has been stuck at 0% every time I've tried in the last couple of days (see screenshot). These are the two updates available:

• Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3103688).

• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213).

Windows update stuck!

I had a problem 2 days ago... Using the MCT tool to create an ISO... 4 hours later still stuck at 0% downloaded!!(On her machine) This is for a friends Windows 10 laptop that will not download any updates on her machine *Banghead. Office 2019 updated fine! Reset Windows 10 updates numerous times and all the different ways! So I will have to download the latest ISO on mine and take it to her place at some point*Smile to try in place reinstall.
