Windows 10: Windows 11 - Updates are underway do not turn off your computer. Restarting. Continuous loop

Hi My sons Asus Zenbook Flip has for over 4 hrs been showing the black Asus in search of incredible loading screen with the messages Restarting, Updates are underway. Do not turn off computer . I've seen 35% flash on the screen but it's obviously stuck in a fault loop. I have no access to windows desktop menu as the boot up screen just keeps restarting . I've tried to power down and restart but it just picks up at the same loop. How can I overcome this and get the laptop back operational again ?

Windows 10 update continuous loop

I am having almost exactly the same problem and the issue is that it is impossible to boot into windows.

In my case the computer is stuck in an infinite automatic repair loop which gets to 41% and restarts the computer automatically. It doesn't say that it can't repair it, it just restarts. There is no option to bypass this offered AT ALL. The only alternative
screen that sometimes comes up (after several hours) is a BSOD with a QR code which quickly disappears as the computer restarts itself and the loop starts again. The computer can enter Setup and that's it.

I have tried:

• Letting it run it's course.
• Removing the hard drive and putting it back in.
• Using the power button to turn the computer on and off.

None of these options work.

Can't upload photos with IE 11 and Windows 10

I would suggest you to turn off and turn on Internet Explorer 11 and check

To turn off and turn on Internet Explorer 11 follow the steps given below

• Click the Start button,
• click Control Panel, click Programs and Features,
  
• And then click Turn Windows features on or off. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
• Clear the check box for Internet Explorer 11 to turn it off, and then click
  Yes.
• Click OK and, when prompted, restart your PC.

Once the computer restarts, follow steps 1-3 again from the above mentioned steps
and check the check box for Internet explorer to turn it on and then click
” Yes” and Click OK ,when prompted restart the computer. And check if issue persists.
