Windows 10: Windows 11 updates freeze up due to pause feature?

Hello. So , I regurarly check for updates on my Windows 11 Pro 64-bit 23H2 , security ones included. Once I am done updating Windows , I pause the updates until next day , I also check for security updates throughout the day just in case. It happens that sometimes upon booting up Windows and checking my Windows Update page in settings , the security updates are already downloading on their own even though the Windows Update is paused. Today , security updates downloaded on their own again , however , this time it froze up at 88% Downloading. I tried to start the Windows Update service throug

Windows update freezes

Hi,

If your Windows 10 freezes while updating, it could be due to corrupted or incompatible drivers or system files, or third-party application conflicts. We suggest you to run the
Windows Update troubleshooter, and check if it helps. Here are the steps:

• Type Control Panel in the Search bar, and press
  Enter on the keyboard.
• Go to Troubleshooting.
• Click View All.
• Right-click on Windows Update from the list.
• Select Run as Administrator.
• Click Next and follow the prompts to run the troubleshooter.

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
