Windows 10: Windows 11 Updates keep failing error code : 0x800f0922

I've been having issues with my pc since I bought it last November 2021. Windows 11 came preinstalled from factory and has never really run correctly.I have reboot issues all the time, the device won't start up if my monitor is plugged in bizzare, I know. It takes two attempts to boot up every time.It'll randomly power itself off in sleep mode, and the other day it just completely crashed out of nowhere while working on an After effects project, corrupting the file in the process.And now It won't even successfully download it's own updates. I followed the instructions on these two support

Windows fails to update, error code 0X800f0922

Windows has failed to update numerous times. It will get to a 92% install and then backtrack, and uninstall the update. The error code I get is "Last failed install attempt on 7/29/2019 -0x800f0922.

This is for the 2019-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4507435)(9).

How do I fix this problem?

Hi,

i tried to install update version kb4015217 five times but it failed each time with error code 0x800F0922. I tried offline version by downloading the full update, it also failed with same error code. I had McAfee antivirus installed, removed that completely
still no luck.

Any idea why this is not installing.
