    Hello, I sent a question about the same topic about a month ago, and the problem is that the updates are not completed or do not download correctly. They download to 100%, and when they install, they reach 25%, then an error code appears. In my previous question, a person from technical support responded and gave me instructions to solve the problem, but unfortunately they did not help, and I will put the text of the message at the end of the question. The problem was facing me in only two updates, which were kb5030219 and kb5030310, but now these two updates have joined them kb5031455 a

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
