Windows 10: Windows 11 updates with SSD Installed

Hi everyone.I recently in the last last 3 months or so purchased and installed a SSD drive into my desktop. I then, after some research advise, migrated my system files onto the SSD to speed things up. This is working really well until i start getting Windows Updates.These either fail after quite a long time hanging or i get pushed into the Automatic Repair Mode ARM. When in ARM, i have to exit out and proceed into the BIOS section by pressing DEL i have an ACER Nitro N50 with Windows 11 installed. When in there i have to reapply my user settings for the Boot Priority so that it knows to

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Well that's why I asked. Mine is on SSD and takes 11 seconds. Your list of games will not appear if it has not checkd for updated suggested settings for awhile until it checks.

When it says it is refreshing the game list, it is checking, because NVIDIA periodically updates suggested settings. Plus it will look for those for new games you have installed.

So, the less it is run, the slower it will be.

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
