Windows 10: windows 11 upgrad

Discus and support windows 11 upgrad in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have Dell XPS 15 7590 laptop running windows 10.     I have Dell XPS 15 7590 laptop running windows 10. The Dell website mentions that this model is compatible with an upgrade to windows 11 22H2 upgrade https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000187485/dell-computers-tested-for-upgrade-to-windows-11. However, on my laptop in windows setting>update> it mentions that this PC currently doesn't meet all the requirements for running windows 11. So, what am I missing here? I installed the PC health check, and it mentions that my laptop meets all the requirements for an upgrade.
