Windows 10: windows 11 upgradation push notification

Hello,I use an HP laptop, and I had windows 11 upgradation push notification. But I had to reset my laptop due to some malwares found in it and it kept coming back after quarantining. But after resetting, I couldn't get the windows 11 upgrade option instead it always shows 'get ready for windows 11. To see if this PC can run Windows 11, check the hardware requirements or visit your PC manufacturer's website', instead of all previously shown messages. Is it because of something missed while resetting windows or Microsoft rolled back update for the pc?

Push Notification History

Is there a way to see Push Notification history. The notification window is small and seems to go away quickly. It would be nice to be able to see a historical list of the recent notifications. Can the Push Notifications be added to the lock screen
with more text?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Push notification issues

i tried both. its not working. there is no viber, whatsapp, skype listed on notification and action centre settings and push notification for particular app settings where in on condition. please give some better option to bring back my push notifications.
