    Windows 11 Upgrade 21H2 to 23H2


    Hello everybody.I need to update my notebook to recent version of win 11, but when i run the update i receive this erro in Setup Diag:SetupDiag reports rollback failure found.Last Phase = Safe OSLast Operation = Apply DriversError = 0x80070002-0x20007Error DISM DISM Driver Manager: PID=2000 TID=2028 Failed to import driver package 'C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\realteksstppdll.inf_amd64_73a1915eb26f0349\realteksstppdll.inf'How can i fix that ? Can anyone help me ?

    Cannot install Windows 11 23H2

    The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

    Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

    • 22000.xxx is 21H2
    • 22621.xxx is 22H2
    • 22631.xxx is 23H2
    Your system is fully up-to-date. What else you're looking for?

    21H2 to 23H2?

    IMO, all updates should be covered. You can directly upgrade from 21H2 to 23H2, and skip 22H2.

    Welcome to Ten Forums, though really you should be looking to the sister site Eleven Forum for answers. Your Windows 11 21H2 has passed its end of support date. It really isn't worth trying to fix the Windows Update issues as it would only get the last update for October 2023 anyway.
