Windows 10: Windows 11 upgrade bitlocker lockout, key not in microsoft account.

I bought a new personal computer few years and logged in using my work email/account via godaddy few years ago. I stopped working for that company after few months ago and now with the latest software update restart i am being asked to use my bitlocker key to get in. When i go to my personal microsoft account, i am not able to see a bitlocker key. How do i get into my computer? When I try to login to microsoft account via previous employer's email, it says email doesnt exists. How do i get into my computer? it wont undo the latest install or it wont let me reinstall from the image. This is suc

Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.

 

Win10 Bitlocker and Interactive logon: Machine account lockout?


There is a Bitlocker PIN (Which you enter in to the Blue Screen), then there is a separate password for your Windows account. The local security policy setting "Interactive Logon: Machine Account Lockout Threshold" is specifically for use in conjuction with Bitlocker encrypted systems. If you have this policy set, it prevents Brute-Force Logon in to Windows. You must first enter your Bitlocker PIN (If set), then you must also log in to Windows. If you use the wrong password too many times on your Windows account, that local security policy will cause the system to go in to Bitlocker Recovery Mode.

I am VERY confused - Please help.

By setting up Full Drive Encryption on Win10 and 8 systems, with a BitLocker password, will that BitLocker password would be the same as the normal Windows user account password?
On these OS systems there is a new Local Security Policy settings called:
Interactive logon: Machine account lockout threshold

By looking at the image shot, will that BitLocker password be the same as my Windows account password?

So in other words, when I enter this BitLocker password, will it just boot into Windows without having to type in a separate Windows logon password?

Correct me if I am wrong here, but does this mean that in Win10, the BitLocker Password is used in conjunction with the Windows Account logon password?

Or lets say that I have a Windows 10 Admin password created, and I enter that account's Windows password too many times, does this mean that when the account is locked out, it will affect BitLocker as well?
Or, does my Windows Account password is considered itself a BitLocker password?
I am confused here. Please explain.
