Windows 10: Windows 11 Upgrade Error 0x8007001

We are trying to upgrade a large group of the devices in our organization to Windows 11About 20% of our systems encounter Error 0x8007001 when attempting to upgrade.When running the upgrade through the installation wizard, the upgrade will run to completion, the computer will restart, and then upon logging back in, we are presented with error 0x8007001When running the upgrade through an ISO file with updates bypassed, the upgrade runs to completion, computer restarts, and then upon logging back in we receive a pop up that says "Windows 11 installation has failed" with no further detailsMany of

Windows Update failing - Windows 11, version 22h2 update

Please post a screenshot of your Disk Management window (maximized).

The dynamic disk could be the problem.

Upgrading to windows 11

I have a few questions about windows 11...

1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
   
2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?

As you are facing issues with installing the updates, do let us know the following to assist you better:

• Were you able to see any error notification along with the error code?
• What is the make and model of your device?
• Are you able to boot in to the desktop?

This issue might be due to the anti-virus software or corrupted Windows Update Components.

I suggest you to hard reboot the computer and perform the below.

Step 1: Try to eject all the external devices connected to your computer except mouse and keyboard, reboot the computer and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: I suggest you to uninstall the anti-virus software installed on your device and check for the updates.

If the issue still persists,

Step 3: I suggest you to run the Windows Update troubleshooter and check.

Resolves problems that prevents you from updating windows.

Steps:

• Press Windows key and type
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  View all in the left pane.
• Select Windows Update to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter
  and follow the on-screen instructions.
