Windows 11 upgrade fails at 87% every time. Error code: 0xC1900101-0x4000D

Hello to those of you who are more knowledgeable about this technology than I am. I currently am on a PC running the latest version of Windows 10x64 and I have been trying over the past couple of days to upgrade to Windows 11 repeatedly but to no avail. My device meets the system requirements & I can get it downloaded and installed easily, but once my computer restarts, the PC will go to the "Working on updates" screen before getting to 87%, where the upgrade will fail and the "Undoing changes made to your computer" screen pops up. The error code, every time, to my knowledge, has been 0x

    :)
