Windows 10: Windows 11 upgrade keeps failing during SECOND_BOOT during MIGRATE_DATA operation...

I'm trying to upgrade my existing Windows 10 installation to Windows 11 but it keeps failing. It reaches around 90ish percent then I get a screen that says undoing changes and reboots back to Windows 10. My PC passes the health check for 11 but I have no option to upgrade from Windows Update. I've tried upgrade assistant and media creation tool and get further in process with the creation tool. I've tried the sfc /scannow and dism restore image/clean image but neither come up with anything. I tried from clean boot but same error occurs. I've uninstalled my malwarebytes app and have no other an

Hi All,

I am looking for help PLEASE lol.

I have tried and tried to upgrade from WIN 8.1 to 10 with no success.

The error that comes up is
"0x80070004 - 0x4000D The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation."

I have removed all 3rd party antivirus, and a bunch of other fixes. Any ideas ?

I Have the same issue upgrading from 1511.

Tried everything that I have found and still fails with error 0x01900101-0x4000D

Installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase during MIGRATE_DATA operation.

I have reinstalled and update all drivers

Any ideas?
