Windows 10: Windows 11 Upgrade Message dissapeared

I have Asus X510 Laptop. In updated there was a message, my laptop can upgrade to windows 11. it is shown in updates window. then yesterday I got another message in windows update with a button saying download and install windows 11. I pressed it and it showed me it is downloading the windows 11 upgrade. but it was stuck at 7%. so thought it will be get some more time and I can sleep while it updating. but today morning nothing was happened to my laptop and it has got windows 10 latest update and restarted. windows 11 wasn't there. i checked that message again in updates. but that message with

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
