Windows 10: Windows 11 upgrade Preinstall.cmd Script Error

I have run the Windows PC Health Check Setup on my Dell Inspiron 3000 and all seems well. On performing the Windows 11 installation all goes smoothly downloading, updates files, verifying, and installing to about 73% then repeats 5 or 6 times, then after checking for updates it says checking your PC and finally running pre installation check then it ends with "There was a problem running reinstall.cmd Script" on closing that it tries again and comes out with error code 0xc19001e2.I have removed all the apps I can think might be a problem and I don't have any antivirus beyond windows defend

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

1. Press Windows key + R to open the run command.

2. Type inetcpl.cpl and press enter to open advanced internet options.

3. Click the Advanced tab, select the Disable
script debugging Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging
(Other) check boxes.

4. Clear the Display a notification about every script error check box, and then click
OK.

How do I stop script error messages on IE 11? I have tried every fix listed using Internet Options and turning off the script debugging and display messages, etc. If nothing else, how can

i get back to IE10? This did not happen until Windows 10 came along and the IE 11 upgrade.
