    windows 11 upgrade stops to 31% tried many fixes


    In-place upgrade for Win10 to Win11 using iso and all other methods I have tried gets stuck. With iso, in-place, gets stuck at 31%. I have rebuilt the boot partition and have replaced rasmigplugin.dll Been out this most of my spare time for the last three weeks. HELP!
