Windows 10: Windows 11 upgrade stuck with Error code 0x80070013 - 0xA001B

Recently, I've meet the requirement of upgrading windows 11 from windows 10.I followed the instruction to download MediaCreationToolW11.exe and burn the installation file into my USB drive, however, it eventually failed during installation required file into my USB.With regards the above issue i faced, I tried google and done e.g sfc /scannow but it's not working as the msg said there are some corrupted files that can't be repair.I'm not sure whether it is the root cause of the upgrade failure, is any MS expert can help me out this issue?

You can confirm that the usb is not gpt using Diskpart. The command LIST DISK will have a * in the gpt column for any disk or usb that is gpt,

I received this error code when setting up the Windows 10 bootable USB: 0x80042405 - 0xA001B

I'm not sure what it is. I've formatted a 32GB USB to FAT32, run the installer off of the USB, and run the program as an Administrator.

Nothing seems to work.

The installer stops at the "Verifying" step at 50%.

Any help/insight would be appreciated!
