Windows 10: Windows 11 Upgrade - Supported CPUs on list online but PC Health Check still denies

I'm running windows version 22H2 and I've checked the requirements on Microsoft's website for which CPU is required for this version. I found the version I have and found the CPU I currently have installed but when I run PC Health Check, it returns a message stating "This PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements". All of the other items are checked off and in green.Soooo.....is it available or is it not available? Is there a way for me to bypass this? I've read a few articles that if I do I'm doing it at my own risk but I'm getting mixed messages here.PC Health Check:Window

Windows 10 PC Health Check showing unsupported CPU for Windows 11 upgrade but support list is showing CPU listed.

I am working on upgrading our Windows 10 virtual machines within our vSphere environment to Windows 11. During my pre-checks, I ran PC Health Check on a virtual machine and it reported back that the CPU was not supported. Through my checks on Microsoft supported intel processors article I do see the CPU on the list. Any reason on why the PC Health Check reports CPU not supported but Microsoft is showing it supported?

Processor: Intel Xeon Gold 5115 CPU @ 2.40GHz

Cores: 4

Why does PC Health Check return "not supported" for a processer on the supported list?

PC Health Check returns that "processor isn't currently supported by windows 11". However, the processor is in fact identified on the supported list. It is an Intel Xeon CPU E3-1535M v6 @ 3.10 GHz

 

PC Health Check shows the processor is not compatible. It IS on the list of compatible processors though.

This is the Windows 11 CPU list, it doesn't have your CPU.
