Windows 10: Windows 11 upgrade unable to read my figerprint

Since downloading Windows 11 from a pre-installed Windows 10 lenovo I have been unable to log in to my laptop using my fingerprints. I continue to get the notification that "Your device is having trouble recognizing you. Please try again." I would like to be able to again use my fingerprint. Is there an additional update that would fix this issue?

unable to upgrade to windows 11 error:0x80070002

my pc has all the software and hardware requirements to upgrade to windows 11 i also received the notification via windows update and i also used the microsoft integrity application to check compatibility but in any way i try to update installation assistant or Creating installation media o Downloading disk image (ISO) I always get the same error message I have already tried unsuccessfully to run the sfc / scannow check the check DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth the check chkdsk / f / r uninstall kaspersky

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.
