Windows 10: Windows 11 USB boot menu stuck on loading screen.

Today I attempted to perform a clean install of windows 11 on my new computer. The startup file is in the right 64-bit file. Both Windows 10 and windows 11 startups were attempted in this instance. Specs: i7 9700k 3.6Mhz MSI Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON32GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance pro 8GBx4 3600Speed1TB Samsung M.2 Graphics card not a part of the equation at the moment.To further explain: Boot drives are set in the correct order from what I’m aware of. USB drive as #1 and my SSD as #2. Everything in the BIOS setting is as came from the factory. Not sure if it’s a boot setting option that I’m m

Stuck on Windows Loading Screen

i have an old pc . i have installed a graphic card . it working fine when i newly format my pc but untill i shut down & turn power off . after i switch on my pc back it stuck on loading screen , sometimes on bios flash screen ,Sometimes it boot up then my pc freeze .when i removed graphic card it boot up & works fine . this problem is haunting me for months . i don't know which parts in my pc damaged. is it graphic card or motherboard or ram or cpu or hdd . i'm lost here..

 

Laptop stuck on loading screen. Infinite loading.

I am on Windows 11. My laptop is stuck on the startup loading screen. It's an infinite loading screen and can't get past that. I tried force restarting several times and When "Automatic System Repair" comes up, it loads for few min and a BSOD shows up with Error code - DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG and restarts the laptop. Now it's stuck on infinite loading screen again. This process keeps repeating.

I tried to make a bootable drive using media creation tool for both Windows 11 and Windows 10 but it doesn't boot into that at all. I downloaded an ISO file of Windows 11 and made a bootable drive from that. It boots into that but now it's stuck on Windows logo loading screen. After some time same BSOD shows up with error code DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG and restarts. I don't know what to do. Please help.

 

Windows 10 USB boot

Hi there, am not a windows 10 expert. I have a pc in the bedroom on windows 10, I messed up the bootloader trying to fix the xp on that system.

System wont boot, trying to repair via win 10 usb installer.

Downloaded the media creation tool to install windows 10 installer on usb stick. Not compatible with a host of usb sticks I have. Tried the usb sticks that others use, but I think they use rufus; as the media creation tool by win 10 does not detect the usb stick.

So quick question, the win10 machine i am trying to repair the bootloader is a win7 upgraded to win10.
If i were to use the usb win10 installer to "repair installation" does the version of the iso downloaded via the media creation tool matter?

There is three options:
Windows 10
Windows 10 Home
Windows 10 N

Also is there a step by step instead of using rufus as I want to try an alternative method of creating a usb win 10 installer. Preferably with more compatibility.

System is a asus sabertooth 990 (r2?) with AMD phenom X 6.

Also is there any other software I can load onto the usb that can repair the bootloader easily?
That would be the ideal alternative. Thanks
