Windows 10: Windows 11 USB connect sound keeps playing every 4 seconds

My Windows 11 USB connect sound keeps playing every 4 seconds and I tried restarting my laptop and it didn't help. When I go to my device manager it keeps reloading at the same interval of the sound. I saw some advice online and decided to disable my Universal Serial Bus controller driver.The name is IntelR USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.20 MicrosoftIt also has two drivers underneath it:USB Composite DeviceUSB Root Hub USB 3.0If it helps, I had a Bluetooth USB mouse connected but I disconnected it when I started noticing the sound because I thought it MIGHT be somehow related as

However, we suggest you to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter through these steps:

• Press Win + X then select Control Panel.
• Click Troubleshooting.
• Click Hardware and Sound then select Hardware and Devices.
• To run the troubleshooter, follow the steps from the wizard.

Windows 10 Samsung Note 4 USB connection

This still did not enable my phone to connect with my laptop.

 

USB disconnect sound keeps playing.

Every 2 seconds the USB disconnect sound keeps playing. It even plays when I disconnect every single USB. Also my mouse sometimes shifts to the right, so I think this is something to do with my mouse but I don't know. This started happening after my PC restarted
during an update. Would this have anything to do with it? I am running Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB. Thanks.
