Windows 10: Windows 11 using 95% memory when idle

Title. My Windows 11 uses 95% memory when no apps are open. Yesterday it was 88%, and now its 95%. My laptop has 16gb of RAM.Games also will open very slowly tried opening Minecraft Launcher and it ended up not even showing loading screenWould be grateful to receive any answers!
