    Hello. I've had an issue with VCRedist Error Code 0x80070652 and Windows Runtime stating "Another installation is already in progress." I know for a fact another install is not in progress. I've reviewed all other forums that have been closed, but they're either outdated, for a Windows 10 device, or don't work properly for my system. I cannot run or install the majority of apps on my system as they require the newer version of VCRedist and Runtime. Some things I've already tried are listed below.Windows Installer is running, but all buttons are greyed out and I cannot restart it.All third part
