Windows 10: Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5021255 TPM error

I updated to KB5021255 today. When I opened up Outlook, it asked me for all of my email passwords again 2 Exchange accounts, 2 IMAP accounts. They were all fine except for one of the Exchange accounts which told me that I had a TPM malfunction.I did a little research and found a recommendation to reset the TPM which I did. Back to Outlook, it no longer gives me the TPM error, but now the faulty Exchange account is in an endless loop of just asking for my login credentials. I put them in, the dialog box disappears for a few seconds and then comes back with the password field blank.This is

How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2 Win Update
