Windows 10: Windows 11 Version 22H2 **** UP MY COMPUTER

Hey ****-I never **** wanted any sort of bullshite update to my computer.But you **** forced it on my computer and GUESS WHAT?now my screen blinks and randomly goes black and i have to restart it constantly.I cant 'go back' - its greyed out.Recovery is turned off, so I cant do system restore.So what the **** am i supposed to do now that YOUR **** GODDAMN **** OS has turned my computer into an annoying and frustrating experience.
