Windows 10: Windows 11 Version 22h2 will not download properly.

My PC won't download the Windows 11, Version 22H2 update. It keeps getting to 100% then goes back to 0%, I've tried restarting, and it sends this message when it fails too many times.Windows 11, version 22H2 is available.We couldn't install this update, but you can try again 0x80240035

Windows 11 version 22H2 Install error - 0x800700a1

Yes, I have run all of the troubleshooting ideas but none of them changed anything.

I downloaded a new version of the Media Creation Tool. These were the steps it showed on the screen after running the ISO:

1. Getting updates
   
2. Making sure you're ready to install
   
3. Ready to install
   

Within 10 seconds of clicking "install", I get the error message: "Windows 11 installation has failed". I don't know where to find a log that will give more information. What else can I try?

When checking on something else, within Control Panel I looked at "System Information" and I saw hat it shows "Windows 11 Pro version 21H2". My udpate is trying to install version 22H2. Is that a problem?

 

What are the checksums/hashes for Windows 11 Version 22H2 ISO?

If you want to download the ISO locally, use #2. To upgrade the OS, you can use #1 or #2.

Regarding the commands for Windows 10, what errors are you seeing?

• Step 2) Query if an Enablement Package is installed
  
• Step 3) UnMounting the WIM Image
  

Edit: If "Package_for_KB5015684" is shown in the listing as "installed", then the ISO is a Windows 10 22H2 ISO.
