Windows 10: Windows 11, version 23H2 failing to install

Good morning!I've been having consistent issues updating my operating system. I've tried updating to Windows 11, version 23H2 countless times now and it has continued to fail, despite me making sure all drivers and similar things are updated and trying to install it from Window's update catalog, which resulted in an error saying my laptop "is not compatible." How could I fix this issue? Currently, being behind is preventing me from updating InDesign for work, but since I cannot update anyway, this issue persists. I am in a LENOVO ThinkPad P1 Gen 4I with an 11th Gen Intel Core i7, currently on

Installation of Windows 11 Update Version 23H2 fails.

Good evening,

I bought a used laptop with Windows 11 installed on it. Current version is 21H2. I tried to install version 23H2 but it always fails. Error code 0x80004005. I have googled this issue but none of the tipps I found there worked.

Who can help me with this problem?

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

• 22000.xxx is 21H2
  
• 22621.xxx is 22H2
  
• 22631.xxx is 23H2

Hi,

My Surface Book 3 has been trying to update to Windows 11, version 23H2 for a couple of weeks now but the update keeps failing. The error code is 0x800f0805. I've tried a couple of solutions found in various threads but nothing has worked. I don't even remember everything I've tried at this point, but willing to start from scratch and work through the list. Any help is appreciated.
