Windows 10: Windows 11, version 23H2 Install error - 0x8007371b

    I haven't been able to update my windows for a while now. I get this same error code each time and I have tried every possible solution besides a clean boot. I am not able to do the command sfc /scannow because it says Windows Resource Protection could not start to repair service. I do not own a third-party anti virus to my knowledge so I am not sure what the issue is. I also cant install 2024-07 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 KB5039895 because of the Install error - 0x80070002.     fixed for the windows 11 version 23h2 using ISO after that i encountered new problem 2024-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034765) Install error - 0x800f081f . how to fix this ?

How to fix? - - - Updated - - - Ok NVM, Fixed I had to install the other updates before installing this one. All works now.
