Windows 10: Windows 11, version 23H2 is available...is this the regular update or a preview?

Hi,Today i got this notification when i was trying to update my windows as usual, i want to know if this update is the REGULAR update or its a beta/preview???Should i update it in case if its the official and regular?Thanks a lot.

At the moment Windows 11 23H2 is released for Insiders in Release preview channel and commercial users.

For public it will start rolling out later this year via Widows Update.

As for pubic release date, there's no official date confirmed by Microsoft at the moment, but it really can't be too far from now.. hopefully in Nov.
