    Windows 11, version 23H2 keeps getting stuck at 68%


    It has been a long time that the windows update for Windows 11, version 23 H2 dows not download on my machine. I have been paying microsoft and it has been so much of trouble that each time it keeps asking to shut down and restart without fail.

    Windows 11 keeps asking to restart after installing Update Version 23H2

    I have Windows 11.



    I installed: 2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5033375) but my machine was not stable and kept going to debugging mode. I had to do a restore point to a couple of days earlier.



    Since then I keep getting the following message:



    2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5033375) --Pending restart



    I have restarted machine many times but it keeps asking to restart.



    What should I do?

    I get Download error 0x80248007 on 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) This is a new PC and I clicked retry and nothing happens.
