Windows 10: Windows 11 version 24H2 downloading at 0% for a long time

I was trying to update my windows 11 version 24H2 and I clicked on restart. Then when the pc turned itself on again, the home screen was just pure black and onlt the mouse curser was visible. I didn't know what to do and thought the update for the new windows is already done so I restarted my pc. Then when I tried to update the windows 11 version 24H2, it just stays at 0% downloading process. I checked the troubleshoot and uit detected a problem so I asked it to fix. It said it's fixed, but the download is still at 0%. What should I do?
