You should not delete the recovery partition Volume 3 DELLSUPORT first of all diskpart will not let you do this for X reasons, second in order to do this upgrade you need to convert your GPT modern to old MBR = total reinstall windows / windows image .. so if you got GPT partition witch is good you will not be able to convert it in main use of windows you need a reinstall open CMD in the windows install process go to diskpart select your disk/volume and convertit from GPT to MBR [not practical !] so in other words Windows doing Windows stuff....
