    Hi, I have been trying to update to Window 11, version 24H2 for months however no success.Yesterday, I contacted Microsoft through chat and 3 times they tried to help me but closed the case before installation finished. I am still stuck with same error - There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x8007001f.Now I cannot even open a live chat as they have t[8aken the option away from me.
