Windows 10: Windows 11, version 24H2 wont install error 0x8007001f

Hi, I have been trying to update to Window 11, version 24H2 for months however no success.Yesterday, I contacted Microsoft through chat and 3 times they tried to help me but closed the case before installation finished. I am still stuck with same error - There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later.
